Nail product did not last for a week

Went to Moyen for nails. Got product "flexible gel" on my fingers and toes as it will cope good with my nail type according to nail specialist. After a week one nail came of completely. Went after 4days (only time I had) to get it fixed. The shop was empty without aby clients. Nail specialist said she couldn't fix it without permission from manager who is only available to get back next day.
This is bad after care service. Bad product. I won't be able to go back soon because if time issues.
I have paid R560 and they won't fix their product after 7days of wearing it.
This is definately not the way to treat customers. For the price I paid, I at least expected them to help me immediately as there were no other clients in the shop at the time who needed assistance (I wonder why?).

I want my money back so that I can fix it else where when I have time again. In the mean time they can expect bad publicity from me and they officially lost me as a client.

It blows my mind that an absent manager first need to see pictures of my nails and then decide to help me or not. This is obviously bad for business.
It was just one nail, not a whole set... Ridiculous!
