Still no delivery!!!

So after placing a complaint on HelloPeter on Thursday, 28 March, I received an email minutes later from Shouneez Williams querying what item I was awaiting delivery for. I promptly responded and then that was it. Nothing further from anyone else. I mean how does one run a business like that?
