I purchased and paid for an item (2GB MP3 player) on 5 December 2012, with delivery due to be within 4 weeks from date of redemption. I have already emailed 4 times querying the delivery status, my first email was sent on 15/01/13. It is now already the 5th of February and I have not received any response/communication that was of value regarding my outstanding delivery. This is unacceptable!
