Multiple issues

We've had so many bad buying experiences with Groupon SA lately. We've bought orthopedic pillows which we got 4 months later after calling and haggling them and other issues Namely where they promoted a hairdresser (Donna Beauty Salon in Kensington Johannesburg.) who advertised a hair styling service where they falsely promoted a cut, blow and colour. Groupon did not ensure quality nor service, and have not replied to the support query posed. They do not ensure quality and do not deliver what their offers in conjunction with other companies promise. This is an issue.
