No refund made after 30 days

On the 30th of April I asked for a refund to be made to the value of R1200.
Today is the 30th of May and I am still to hear anything concrete from Groupon.
Everytime you call, you just speak to a different consultant, that gives you the same standard answer and the same standard vague email notification with no concrete answers whatsoever.
My original request was to get refunded into my bank account, the refund was made into the groupon account instead. Had to call again and ask it to be put into my bank account, submitted letter from bank as requested by groupon, given them all possible information they might need and still no refund, no communication (except for the vague customer care email that is not specific to my query).
I need this solved with a matter of urgency!!
