Ordered in Dec, still no delivery, pathetic service

Ordered in December, till date no delivery, folloowed up on numerious ocasions and kept record of all mails and all correspondance. Promisses been made, "delivery will be next week", its the tenth week and I am still waiting, maybe a good story for Carte Blanch as I have noted loads of simular complaints on Hello Pete
