7 weeks and no delivery

I've ordered two MiPad kiddies Tablets in November 2013 for my boys for Christmas. Delivery was confirmed to me to take place within two weeks. To date I have not received my order, and note that the rand value is more than R2 000.00. I have received pathetic service from Groupon and bad attitude from the Call Centre agents; all confirming different information.
After following up again this morning Fawwaz confirmed my delivery will take place next week and thereafter I received an email from Groupon to say that stock has not arrived and they will do a refund next week. Now how pathetic is this.
I will not accept a refund, ensure the delivery will take place next week. I have threatened before that I will take this to my lawyer as this is definitely why the Consumer Protection Act came about; if I dont get my order next week I will take further action.
What a pity, that I had to put this on HelloPeter, I will never order anything from Groupon again and will spread the word as well.
I had to be the mother telling my boys that they are not getting a Christmas present!
