Refuse to refund for no service

From the 22nd of Feb spoke to Donay and promised a refund with in a week. After many calls and emails re-requesting it i now find myself on the 26 March and Groupon has not yet responded to their promise. I had to phone to find out that they were not going to issue the groupon i paid for. They did not have the courtesy to let me know that there were not enough clients who took the deal and they were not going to issue the service. they just intended on keeping the money. Im begging them even after today's call to please give me the money that belongs to me. Request #694832 Request #694820 Request #694839. Please could all of it be refunded as service has been refused! Personally something should be done about the inconvenience as this is not the first time.
