Non-receipt of refund

I received an email from groupon almost a month ago to say that a refund is being processed... nothing received. Have sent a few emails since and all ignored. I have since requested a different refund and that request has also been ignored. I have sent through bank account details as requested, so please ensure both refunds are processed. Thanks
