I have purchased two deals on Groupon about a month ago. I have noticed that I have received one voucher but not a second one. I telephoned, where I had to wait up to 10 minutes for the telephone to be answered. They did not alocate the second eft payment to the second deal I purchased. I requested a credit and asked the lady at the time if that specific deal was still and she confirmed it was. I received my credit, but when I wanted to purchase the deal again the deal was already sold out! I telephoned again, waiting ten minutes again and asked for a refund. I had to send the proof of payment. A week went by, no communication. I phoned again and they gave me credit instead of refund. I had to ask for refund AGAIN! I sent through my banking details. It has now been almost a month now and I STILL have not received my refund!

Definintely the worst service... EVER!!!
