Items paid for in December still not delivered

I bought and redeemed 2 vouchers in December, before Christmas, and the items have still not been delivered. It has been almost 4 months. When I phone the call centre at eight in the morning the operator says: "please hold on there are 50 calls waiting" when I phone in the afternoon, there are still 30 calls waiting just before they are about to close. I have sent numerous emails, but only get a generic response. I guess everyone who ordered products in December gets the same reply. I think most people will agree that this lack of service and delivery is unacceptable. I keep on receiving emails about new deals from Groupon but have no desire to buy anything from them and will absolutely not recommend them to anyone. I used to be one of those people defending the service provided by Groupon, but after I bought products worth R1500 and not received them, I am definitely not so Pro Groupon any more. My question is: Will I ever receive these products or my money back?
