Unable to understand / implement basic instruction

I purchased two deals from Groupon on 1 November 2012. I asked for one deal to be cancelled and reimbursed as a groupon credit as I will only be using the one deal. Over the next month and a half custiomer service where unable to cancell and credit the correct deal. Eventually in Jan 2013 after a lengthy phone call trying to contact customer service were told that both deals have been canceled (without my knowledge) and that I would be getting a credit refund to my account for one deal and the other as Groupon credits (which I have received thank you).

Needless to say, after supply them with two different set of bank account details, I was given exucuse after excuse of why the refund was not reflected in my bank account.

It's 19 Feb 2013 and I'm still waiting on them to conclude this process...
