Poor Service From GroupOn SA

I have a number of grievances with GroupOn concerning the following:

Several weeks ago, a refund request was made for R349 from the deal: Save up to 68% on USB cufflinks, including delivery as I had failed to redeem the GroupOn before it expired.
No such refund has reflected in my bank account, even though I was assured that one would be made within 3-5 working days after making the enquiry. This was three weeks ago.

Secondly, a pendant which I ordered on the 21st of December 2012 has STILL not yet been delivered. I have absolutely no idea whether there is a problem with my delivery address (which I've used with no issues in the past). There has been no communication whatsoever regarding this.

Lastly, I purchased a deal: Leisure: One-hour horse riding lesson and out ride with Cathedral Horse Riding
And have not yet received the GroupOn and it doesn't even appear in my orders in my account [Email Removed] If I'm unable to redeem this GroupOn, then I'd like to request a refund for it.

I have emailed several enquiries to GroupOn and have had NO responses regarding any of my complaints.
