So I have complained once before about a product bought on 23 Jan, and with the recent complaint about your lack of communication and poor service, you promised to deliver the product within 5 - 7 days, this was on March 8th, you do the maths, but I assure you it is long past the required grace period you bought and no surprise I still receive poor service and no delivery.

I want either the product by the end of today or the waybill number for the delivery that I paid for by the end of today. No excuses, no more grace periods.

Your service is shocking and this is unacceptable business practice. Period.

Use the phone or email when things don't go your way, don't let people have to fight for what they paid for whilst you sit quietly trying to run your failing empire.
