I bought a voucher with Groupon on 1 March 2013, and on 4 March they emailed me, saying my order has been received. I waited 8 days for my voucher, until I finally emailed them. Only then did I find out that the deal was not successful because not many people purchased it. I then emailed them and called for my refund and sent my bank details. I was told that refunds take a MAXIMUM of 7 days. This is day 8 and I haven't heard a thing from them. Called them again this morning and was told to send my reference number I used for the deal and they would email me as soon as they received it. That was at 8h56 this morning when I emailed them. It's still quiet. So they've wanted all this information from me, but still fail to deliver! Very unsatisfied with Groupon SA right now.
