Still no product after 3 Months

Following my post on Hellopeter almost 3 weeks ago, the 'Groupon Mothership' replied "We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the product that you have received and we can certainly assist you with a replacement product. I have raised this with our logistics manager who will be contacting you to arrange a replacement".
No.1 - the response completely missed the point of my complaint
No.2 - I'm still waiting to be contacted by your logistics manager
No.3 - I'm still waiting for the incorrect inferior product that was delivered to me 6 weeks after payment to be collected
No.4 - After being told that the product I purchased may have been out of stock, it was re-promoted on Boxing Day. Out of Stock??
No.5 - I want a refund and Interest on the Tomtom via Africa I purchased 3 months ago

This is the last time I will be supporting Groupon and you can be assured that I will be very vocal about the absolute bad service and experience I've had with Groupon
