On 3rd Jan 2013, I ordered and paid for tickets for a 5D Theatre Ride at Ushaka Marine World. All this done on Groupon's website. My Bank Account has been debited for the amount paid, but no Voucher has been received to date. 15 emails have been exchanged with Nazley & Ronelle, including the promise that my voucher would be emailed by 12 January 2013. Still no voucher received, nor does my order appear in my records when I log-in to my Groupon Acount. Customer Services standard replies are as follows:
