Groupon fails to deliver again

I purchased a Tom Tom XL from Groupon in January, that was delivered late and incomplete. I emailed Groupon to sort out the problem about it being incomplete and was told the product would be delivered in 7 working days.
When 7 working days was past I emailed them again and was told it would be delivered no later than Monday, 15 April.
Today is Wednesday 17 April and I still have not received that delivery.

So to recap, I bought and paid for a product on 30 January, I received it on 17 March and it was incomplete and on 17 April still do not have the compete delivery.

So utterly disgusted with Groupons Customer "service" as this is the first time I am working with them, I had had several problems getting my product with unhelpful service and now that it is incomplete I am having even more problems and frustrations with them!

I honestly would not recommend them or their services/products to anyone I know. The money you save on their great deals is not worth the hassle, frustration and lack of service.
