Groupon Not processing Order or Refund

I purchased an Android on a Stick (R699) under the Christmas specials on 5 Dec 2012 and selected EFT as payment option. The website stated that I should allow 5 days for the system to verify payment.

On 10 Dec I logged a call via their "zendesk" and was told that I should upload my proof of payment
which I then did.

A national email was then sent out informing customers that all goods purchased under the Christmas specials will be delivered by Dec 20th. This never happened and I again asked for feedback and threatened with HelloPeter. I then got hold of Brendan Dustan-Smith (Marketing Executive) email addr and sent him a mail with my complaint.

Brendan was very helpful and promptly replied confirming my purchase and proof of payment and said delivery should happen on Dec 24. Brendan also appologised for the poor service and lack of feedback that I experienced. The delivery never happened!

On Jan 3rd I mailed Brendan but have not received any mail from him again. I phoned CS and was told my order was not processed as promised by Brendan. I requested a refund and got an email from Ronel to confirm. I am still waiting for this to happen and am not getting any feedback again.
