Having complained about the service/non-delivery of an item ordered on 18th Nov 2012 from Group On I received an apology - once again I got the impression it was an automated/template response without any reference to my particular complaint - suggesting 3 resolutions to the "problem". That was on 4th Jan to which I immediately responded. On 10th Jan I again wrote asking whether they had receievd my e-mail and I still have not had the courtesy of a response. DISGRACEFUL!!!
