Items bought and paid for never delivered!!

I purchased a knife set in December 2012 from Groupon, together with an ironing board set with an iron, on my return from the UK in January these items had not yet been delievered. On querying I was subsequently sent the ironing board set but no knife set. I have to date not received this and have had ZERO feedback from Groupon SA when I have queried via email.

Subsequent to this dilemma I went ahead and purchased a duvet inner. This was about 2/3 months ago. I queried non delivery and received an email from the supplier to Groupon SA requesting for a copy of the purchase agreement - which I had not received from Groupon. I emailed the supplier back stating this and clearly payment had been received and proof of payment is available however I STILL have no duvet inner and I am out of pocket with R750.00. To date I have had ZERO feedback on the qeries made for this.

I would dearly love to get my knife set and duvet inner as I do require them, OR I would really appreciate getting the money back so I can purchase these via a reputable vendor. I will however be cancelling my account with Groupon SA, while I enjoy their specials I have been bitten too many times
