They refuse to give me R198

The first instance, I had bought outside lights which were nicely priced. Too good to be true. The money came out of my account and suddenly I got a message saying the purchase didn't occur. It seems they didn't expect them to sell that fast. The money eventually re-appeared in my account. Then, I purchased a year's supply of magazines as a collector's edition from a supplier they arranged online. Only to find a couple of months down the line, the supplier decided to alter the terms of our agreement. I told them I was not happy with the new version and wanted a refund. They (Groupon SA) have gone as far as claiming the money was already back in my account. Between Laura, Chichi and Nazley, I don't actually know who is the more senior because they all revolved around the same lie. They tried to force me to use up the credits in their stores. ALL this drama for a mere R198. I cannot believe a company (or rather it's staff) could put it's reputation on the line for this. I don't even want the refund. I JUST WANT THE ONLINE SHOPPERS TO KNOW THAT THEY NEED TO THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING THROUGH GROUPON SA. That mountain is possibly an ant hill. YES I have proof!
