GROUPON - BOY DO I NEED A GLASS OF WINE!!

Gooday, I ordered the Neil Ellis Sincerely Sauvignon Blanc wine of the groupon website... guess what i get sent wine that is a royal waste of time that i can purchase for R20 a bottle on any local website!!! When i queried this with group over a week ago - they claim to be checking with the logistics department as to why I was sent the wrong wine and how soonest they were going to resolve the matter. Obviously nobody from groupon EVER reverts back with an answer... i am having to keep calling them and the responce i got today was that the LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT is still waiting for an answer re the wine!!! HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE??? WHAT EVERY HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Boy do I need a glass of wine!!!
