FALSE PROMISES YET AGAIN

On the 20th of February Groupon advised me that they would come collect damaged goods within 3-5 working days and credit my account. On the 4th of March i let them know that no one has yet to collect to goods and asked them to follow up. It is now another 2 weeks and still no response. I am utterly disgusted in their "service department".
