No refund for damaged goods

I purchased a monitor stand from Groupon at the beginning of February. When it was delivered, I noticed that one of the components was broken. I requested an exchange from Groupon and was informed that they do not do exchanges and that I would need to be refunded. However, not only did it take them a month (and several follow-ups from my side) to collect the item, but to-date I have still not been refunded the amount owed to me. Seems as if Groupon is making their money by from their clients! I would strongly recommend to anybody considering using Groupon NOT to do so - any interaction with them is a complete gamble, and you're more than likely to lose your money (but only after receiving shocking service!).
