I received an order in the beginning of December. The goods received was damaged, and I called them immediately for a refund. They said it would take up to 5 days to collect the goods and process the refund. It's now 2 months later and I still have the damaged goods. I've called them several times, and logged a complaint on the website but still no response. I will never use them again or promote their so called "service"...
