Groupon SA worst customer service experience

After a week of battling to get through Groupons call centre I finally spoke to Nyameka on the 28th of February 2013 & ticket number (#704102) was issued.

I've called numerous times, sent emails with no luck. I need the vouchers that were purchsed with ref number GRPZARBA1D82 cancelled.

The online deals are super great however their customer service really. As for the call centre its the worst compared to the rest of the service providers. The turn arund time doesnt exist at all.
