I placed an order for a groupon advertised product on 6 Nov 2012 and to date I have not received it. I contacted the call centre a number of times and sent at least 10 emails asking about the delivery of my product. After waiting for at least half an hour, the call centre makes promises and are absolutely useless. They have taken my name and number and never called back to advise. I am so disgusted with their service I will never buy from them again. I will make sure that every person I know does not use them. One way or another Groupon will resolve this by delivering.
