7 weeks no good recieved

See below email: been 7 weeks with a promise of last week items to be delivered which has not taken place i had to call several time not once received communication of issue

The delivery period was set at 4 weeks. However, there was an issue with stock being imported and this has cause further delays. Your order for: (Two Orthopaedic Memory Foam comfort pillows and a back, neck and head massager, including delivery) will now be delivered within the week.
