Groupon's Non-Screening of Product Providers()

In August last year I purchased 2 vouchers from Groupon for "full set of semi-permanent lash extensions and a two-week refill." These were intended as xmas gifts. The service provider was Rouge Make-up Studio. Each time I tried contacting the service provider to make a booking - I could not get through on the cell number provided. i tried emailing - also to no avail.. Finally on 28 January I emailed Groupon to explain the situation; in a bid to ensure that other customers were not conned and so that they could be aware that their service providers should be screened.

On 31 January I was contacted by Kershia from Groupon who assured me that she was looking into the matter. After 2 weeks when the matter still hadn't been resolved, I sent another email to Groupon. On 13 February Waseema Peters responded:

Kindly forward us your relevant email address that is linked up to your Groupon account please.

Should you have any further queries regarding your refund or how to use your credits please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.

Since then, despite repeated emails and claims of the money being refunded into my account, the money has not been refunded.
