Over Charging and threats

I asked for a quote for Printing and A2 UHI boards. I got the quote from Dominique, which was about R1500. I then changed my mind and asked her to send me a quote for the printing only (because the UHI boards are very expensive). The new quote was R1300. I emailed Dominique again on 15 August and asked her why the quote is only R200 cheaper, but I did not get a response. It is impossible that 5 x A2 UHI boards cost R200 and i thought maybe she made a mistake. None the less, I awaited a response Friday as they knew I had a deadline. I did not hear anything and nothing on Monday as well. I then emailed her directly to express the fact that I was unhappy about their service and that they are over charging me. Then I received a very unprofessional email from a person called Werner, and he informed me that I do not have a right to complain as he sees nothing wrong with Dominique's service, and he then threatened me with the defamation laws. In my opinion this is a Mickey Mouse company that can't deal with enquiries and then threaten clients that express unhappiness with bad service. Stay away!!!
