Using EFT takes up to five days to reflect?

According to Naomi, one of the support staff, it takes up to 5 days for groupon to check if money is reflected in their account, she tells me; "Please be advised that this can take up to 5 days."

I think its a bit silly that it takes them up to five days for their finance department to see money reflecting in their accounts? (its from FNB to FNB, it reflects instantly) Whats more then that is they don't warn you at all before making an EFT that it would take up to 5 days before I would receive my groupon. This is a specific disappointment for me as I had bought the deal as a gift for my anniversary today, and as I had paid for it yesterday I really expected to receive it by the latest today.

When I first e-mailed groupon support their first response took extremely quickly, but since asking why it would take up to five days for them to check that the money reflects in their accounts I have had no response up until this point, an hour and a bit later.

I was planning on buying another one for my moms birthday tomorrow, but it seems I will have to go elsewhere.
