Very bad feedback on delivery

I've ordered a Wireless Range Extender on 16 Jan. The confirmation email said 4 weeks for delivery. I mailed on 18 and 28 Feb, no reply. I phoned on 4 March with a promise to phone back, no reply. This is horrible service!
