Paid- nothing received & no response from Groupon

I bought 2 vouchers last year and I have sent these people (company responsible for vouchers) emails last year and this year and I have called them but I get no response. I have since contacted Groupon informing them that I paid for my vouchers and the company seems to have gone AWOL! Groupon did not respond for weeks and I sent an email again! Groupon responded days later saying they will discard that email because i have already sent a request and will respond to that one immediately. Days are going by again and today Groupon is asking me to rate their service- are you kidding me?!!!

This is like money and they seem to not take it seriously at all!

I have told other people about the pathetic service (or non service) that Groupon is giving just to find out that I am not the only one.
