I purchased an A 10.1" Acer Iconia Tab A500 series, on the 17/01/2013. Groupon declaration on the voucher and promotion was that the product takes up to 4weeks to be delivered. On the 15/02/2013, I sent Groupon a courtesy email: Good day,
I ordered the above on the 17/01/2013 and would like to enquire as to when it will be delivered?
I am aware that the instruction stated up to 4 weeks and today is the 4th week.
I received a very well thought out, computer generated response: Good day Karin,
Thank you for your email and continued support.
Please be advised that redemption for this product will not be required as there was an automatic redemption on purchasing the item. Please expect delivery in 3 - 4 weeks from the date of redemption - 23.01.13
NB: Redemption takes place between 5 - 7 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the amount of orders placed for a specific product.
You will however receive a sms/call when the product is on its way to you.
Today is the 26th and I don't know if I will ever receive my product. This service is ridiculous!! I actually don't want to purchase anything from Groupon AGAIN!!
