Well done Groupon you failed AGAIN!!!
After my complaint on the 7th of Feb I received a email from Nazley requesting my banking details. On the 11th of Feb Nazley stated that teh refund has been approved for the goods that they no longer had in stock, bearing in mind that I ordered and paid for this last year November already.
Nazleys mail stated 3-5 working days, so did their responce on my last hellopeter complaint. Well guess what a month later NO MONEY, and NO STOCK.
Now they want me to prove I paid for the stock I mean really please someone help me!!!
