Paid & goods not recieved!!!

I ordered some items from groupon and paid for it including delivery, the item was never delivered & when I kept on calling back they said they were out of stock & could no longer supply the item so I filled out a refund request application & never got a refund. I have called numerous times regrading my refund, they say ur has been paid or is going to be paid as per their system but they cannot show me proof of payment. It will be almost a year that I have been calling & emailing for a refund /receipt thereof & have still not gotten my money back.
