Poor customer management by Nazley Bastra

Groupon owe me two seperate refunds and their consultant Nazley Bastra keeps on telling me that i have been refunded yet the refund is not reflecting on my bank statement. This is absolutely poor customer service! This is the second complaint i am laying against Groupon and last time i had to go all the way to the CEO. Please resolve my query today!
