TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM GROUPON

Hello,

i am very annoyed and quite peeved

I have been contacting Groupon weekly since April 2013, regarding a refund of R835.00, that was meant to be paid to me.
I have sent proof to Kelly paulus, and the lady Shameez, showing them that I haven't received any money. I sent through bank statements dating back to October 2012. Which Kelly Paulus acknowledged that no money was received by me, I was then requested to send through my cheque bank account details, which i did.
at this stage mid June, is when a lady by the name of Nazley came into the picture, and she promised to help and get this matter sorted out. She told me that she can see the refund is due to me, but that because it was showing on your systems that a refund was already made on my voucher, they would have to contact the bank and manipulate the system to get the refund paid over to me. I was told by Nazley that she apologised for the inconvinience caused, and she would make sure this matter was resolved.
That was back in June, and I was told it would take 7-10 days for the refund, which I was fine with, It is now the end of July, and I am still waiting for my refund. I just want my money back, and answers
