VOUCHER BOUGHT-NO VOUCHER RECEIVED AND NO REFUND

I bought a voucher for Brazilian Blow Wave at Capelli Hair Design for 2 people at the value of R999.00 on 12 July [URL Removed] was done by EFT on 12/07/2013 with reference GRPZARGFKMKP
The deal has since ended but I have not received the voucher nor is any record of this purchase available on my account. I enquired on 24/7/2013 (ticket 7795) after which I was informed the voucher was never alloacted and as the deal expired they will refund me. I supplied my bankdetails and have since not received any feedback on my emails (more than 10) and no refund. I logged a new query (ticket 16197) and the only response I received was an automated that they are dealing with alot of emails. Please help me get my money back!
