NO VOUCHER AFTER PURCHASE

I bought a deal on the 5th of January 2013 and requested a voucher as soon as the payment was made because I had made reservations for weekend of the 18th of January 2013. I received no feedback WHATSOEVER!!! I then called them today (14/01/2013) and was told that the reason why I did not get my voucher because not enough voucher were bought so the deal has been cancelled. 38 deals have been bought and the deal is still open, how does this make sense. I am asked to understand because groupon has back lock from Christmas!! Why then sell deals in January when you actually don't have the capacity to handle the sales Groupon. I am not changing my plans for this weekend. The payment and reservations have been made. Can I have my voucher!!!
