Failing to refund me for undelivered item

I purchase an item towards End of May 2013- kiddies Ben 10 Shoes. I enquired after 17 June which was the delivery date. they gave me a tracking number and informed me that my product was on route. i checked the tracking number for the parcel and it couldnt be found.

A WEEK OR SO LATER I INFORMED THEM I HAVENT RECEICED THE PRODUCT. i was told that there isnt a product coming as the other supplier never got the payment. i had paid Groupon and was issued with a voucher to show that my money was received.

I has given an option to receive my money back or get point. i opted to get my money back and provided all my banking detail. it is now August and i still have not received a cent of the money i paid Groupon for the item i never got.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK- i had been so loyal to Groupon i never thought i would experience this kind of treatment.

On follow up- i get response saying the senior people are still looking at the issue and have not found a solution.
