7 weeks, no delieve

I placed an order on [URL Removed] on the 17th October, I had to follow up 5 weeks later to see where my items were. I was told it would arrive by the end of the week. Now 2 weeks later I still don't have my items. In todays age waiting 7 weeks for a purchase is insane! Then we stupidly placed other orders 2 weeks ago - advertised as "great Christmas gifts" Only to be told after that it would take a month to deliver them. So not in time for Christmas! I'm horrified. I am getting no reply to my e-mails or Facebook messaging. And the tracking number I was given 2 weeks ago still says in transit from the 21st November...
I'm pretty sure by now it is.
