Bamboo Chopping Boards for Christmas 2012

Hallo
I ordered bamboo chopping boards for Christmas 2012 in November 2012. Its been paid for, but still waiting for delivery. I did receive a phone call from groupon middle December 2012 to say that delivery will happen on Thursday 20 December 2012 after complaining of non delivery. This never happened! Seen then I complained in e-mail about 4 times! No response yet besides a automated one about receiving my e-mail. The automated reply does mention about suppliers being followed up, but does this take 3 months?
