No delivery in 4 months since order placed!

Order was placed for a Milex Steam Blaster on 15 November 2012. After phoning 5x times (and waiting in the call centre for about 30 minutes each time to speak to a representative) and using their email complaints system 2 times, the product was still never delivered over 4 months! Twice I was promised that someone would phone back & nothing happened. Multiple times empty promises were made & nothing happened. In the end I was offered a refund, which is busy being processed, but I'm not happy. I want the product ordered at the special price it was offered at! The call centre has no authority & was impossible to put me through with someone who has. Completely unacceptable!!!
