Bad Service, no delivery of items

On 15th November 2012 I ordered a Logitech Steering Wheel & a Milex Steam Blaster from Groupon Cape Town
these items were intended as christmas presents, to date the items have not been delivered. It is impossible to contact them by phone, I hung on for 3 hours once & still did not get through. Emails get an automated reply, & then they ask how their service is. What Service?
This is an unbelievably bad & frustrating company to deal with, & I advise anyone thinking of ordering an item from them, not to do so.
