STILL NO DELIVERY

Hi,

I complained two months ago about the Milex Steam Blaster which was ordered on 14/11/2012. Groupon responded by saying that it will be delivered in the next 7-14 days. but since then I haven't received it.

If you still cannot deliver it, then please give me a refund. Its ridiculous to wait this long. I cant understand this.
