No Product No Refund after 3 months

I will never use Groupon again.
I purchased a 32-inch Samsung TV for R3, 999 on 23 November 2012 for delivery before Xmas. (4FA49EEF7A). As the TV was not delivered, I requested a refund on January 10th, which was acknowledged by the service desk and in spite of several more emails I am still waiting.
Groupon have been sitting on my money for over 3 months which is unreasonable
