No Service and BAD advice

I ordered a garden swing and ice-cream maker from Groupon. I e-mailed them on 28 Jan asking if I should do anything to redeem the products once I have paid.

The response I got: "Please be advised that redemption for this product will not be required as there was an automatic redemption on purchasing the item. Please expect delivery in 3 - 4 weeks from the date of redemption - 23.01.13

You will however receive a sms/call when the product is on its way to you. "

I sent another e-mail on 21 Feb asking when I can expect delivery> Response:

"Please be advised we have escalated your account to the Products and Services Department to investigate delivery of your product. Kindly note delivery will commence shortly"

I phoned them this morning, just to be told I have to phone the supplying company directly and appologise for NOT UNDERSTANDING the redemption instructions and because it is passed the redemption date I cannot be guarenteed that I will receive the product even though I paid immediately.

Very dissappointed in the non-serv
