Product Purchased: Brainy Baby Learning System, including ten educational DVDs and six CDs

I placed an order on 4 December 2012 off of the Christmas Catalogue, and like so many other people, did not receive the item ordered in time for Christmas and had to buy a last minute present.

In fact, I STILL haven't received my order.

Seeing that it has now been almost three months, I feel that I have given Groupon sufficient time to respond.

The backlog over Christmas must surely be a thing of the past; the excuse of the Liquidated Deliverer must also be sorted out by now. Please let me know when I can expect my order to be delivered.

It is considered bad business practise not to inform your client of any delays or ignore emails from the client.

Please either send the DVD's to me or refund my money (I should be asking for three months worth of interest).

Hoping to resolve this issue soon.
